A page a day Active Justice
Justice for people should be available to all. not just available but actively provided for people. It should be actively described, explained, made very, very accessible, almost forced upon people so that people can take up justice.
It should be in the street on the Internet in the supermarket on the train at the station at bus stops.
There are people, I believe it is most of us, who do not have a voice. We cannot seek Justice. Through ignorance and lack of education through anxiety through fear. We do not have a voice we do not have access to Justice. Access to justice is offered as an illusion whereby in theory you can seek justice, there are places that you’re supposed to be able to go to ask for Justice. But you have to go to them and you have to be aware of what they are and where and how and what will happen when you get there. but also what about mental health support to do that in the first place?. People are ignorant and lack education and have anxiety and have home responsibilities, and are ill. They have children, they have children with disabilities, they have elderly parents. They have elderly parents who are frail. They have work responsibilities, they have social responsibilities, they have peer pressure. They like access to transport or knowledge of where that transport needs to be taken them to. Going to seek justice is not access to justice for all.
For everyone to have access, justice must be given not just requested.
