Leadership

 As a leader I give a lot of myself. I believe this makes me a better leader. It makes use of my talents, my experience. Giving of myself makes me more accessible to my team, and allows me to grow personally and professionally. I get as much from my team too. Leadership is a fabulous relationship and valuable to all who participate.

It can be exhausting of course. But with that comes personal growth and self acceptance.
