 Sterilised Jonathan’s water bottle - gave it a good clean with soapy water and then filled it with sterilising fluid, stood for 30 mins, triple rinse.

Read up the info on using neurofen for a child to make sure it was safe for Jonathan. I’m also taking into account his kidneys.
