Seat on plane

She looked at the woman. What she saw utterly horrified her. Woman’s mouth opened in a sneer, large, pointy, teeth, dripping with blood. Nasty, predator, eyes stared hungerLy.

The woman did asked for her to give up her seat. This could only be so if I had taken accidentally wrong seat.

So I apologise profusely until immediately get my boarding pass and check where I’m supposed to be. I am so very sorry. I’m checking I’ve boarding pass and the seat number printed on it against the seat I’ve taken and the seat number on it. To me, they seem to match so clearly I’ve made a horrible mistake. And air steward passes, so I stop her and ask her please which seats should I actually be in please could you check my boarding pass.  It says that I am in the seat stated on my boarding pass. I’m very confused.’ So I’m in the seat and paid for?’ I say. Yes, says the steward. But this woman says that she wants to seat. So which seat am I supposed to be? Have I paid for this one? Then why would you be asking for it?

And then shockingly, the woman simply says, looking directly at me and straight to my face actually says that she was hoping I’d give her my seat.

And that is when I see it. The monster. The huge canines blood dripping from them. The predator eyes.

again, I am  horrified to realise that they walk amongst us. monsters that are willing to simply tear out a piece of flesh, and do so as if it is an acceptable thing to do walk amongst us. A monster living in disguise as a human being, so very aware that the seat doesn’t come for free. a monster living in disguise as a human being, so very aware that money isn’t free. I’m monster living in disguise as a human being, so very aware that to obtain money people work. My monster living in disguise has a human being, and so very aware that in order to work people make sacrifices. People suffer, they go cold, they go hungry, they experience pain, humiliation, and a huge amount of discomfort, compromise time and quality of life with their children in order to go to work in order to earn enough money to pay for food and shelter. and in order to pay for that shelter, they go cold. And to get an education, to get a job means going cold and hungry and living in fear, living without medical support, putting up with things like toothache, not having access to sanitary protection. All of those things. People do to get a job to earn the money and this woman is standing there, literally just asking for a piece of my flesh. She let me straight in the face and walk directly up to me and asked me to give her those sacrifices, that pain, cold and hunger. The days of cold days I would rather have spent with my children. She just walked up and asked me to hand those things to her.

This is why i see  blood dripping from her canines.

She goes on to say that she saw it. She just thought I’d be kind enough to give up my seat to her.

And then I am angry.

Until then, I’m nearly horrified the way you would be if you see a flesh eating werewolf appear before you snarling.

Oh no, she has audacity to suggest that I am not kind. I am generous to a fault. What this woman is asking for is not kindness. She is saying the sacrifices I am given the pain for the discomfort. The suffering is something she wants me to give for her. She simply wants to walk up and take tear out a lump of flesh from me to rip out my heart, and should be unhappy about that makes me not kind.
