Diary 2024 June 4, 2024

Before I get up, I’ll check my finances. I have no income and I’ve been turned down for benefits. So Jonathan’s disability allowance and child benefit have to meet all our needs.

This means very careful budgeting and meal planning, particularly in light of Jonathan’s medical condition with his diabetes.

First thing I prepared Jonathan’s fruit and veg for his packed lunch as he wasn’t up yet I also made him his sandwich.

Then I went through the job listings to see what was available for me to apply for.

Today I applied for a job as commercial copywriter for Kahoot.

The letter arrived from From Jonathan’s diabetes consultant. I reviewed all the results, his weight, height, hormones, and the diagnosis of euthyroid. Are used to be in my account from the NHS to put in his height and weight. Jonathan has weighed the same for the last three consultancy. But his height has Increased Each time too.

The BMI coverage does show him is being underweight. Of course he’s 14 and the only really applies to adults. He is growing, so you might expect the body proportions to be for an Adolescent, not for an adult.

However, I did read the advice from the NHS and it advises snacking on nuts and cheese between meals.

So I’m devising a meal plan for next week to include nuts and cheese.

i  started a shopping order. Placing in order now which I could change a capture the things I want to do that I’ve worked out now and I don’t want to forget them on the spot so I captured them nuts and cheese.

Then I went on Amazon to see if they sell cheese. I had won some vouchers from doing a questionnaire for Rightmove and I have £50 in Amazon vouchers so if I could buy the cheese from there, it won’t cost me real money.
