They will have to be exceptions to the 50-50 year-old at least at the beginning. This is because I’ve already applied for some jobs. For example, I’ve applied for the copywriter role at the RSPB. But I’ve also made it known that I’m available to Anglian water And I’m currently waiting on an email from a recruiting manager there About a specific contractor role. I work pro bono for a start-up And I’m a contributing author  to Machinery Reporter at their request.  These are all things that pre date any agreement we might make.  I already put a lot of time into raising my profile or LinkedIn and also in creating content. I do these to raise my profile and showcase my expertise. I do get reach and engagement from them. I have created content to showcase my expertise in relation to the Anglian water role that is in the wings. That will now be published after our meeting but in no way was created between us. I spent a lot of time researching and reading very boring documents to create the content. Tell you something original and useful that value which is where my special eyes when it comes to driving engagement in people Reacting to me LinkedIn offerings .

That’s such a thick ambition may be wildly different. I want now to only take up work that I’m interested in and which continues to enhance and protect reputation. I don’t want to do a will and just take anything that comes up. I don’t think this is a bad thing. A lot of time and effort was used up on projects that were never come to fruition and also God in the way of work that could have come to fruition. Examples of the great deal of time and travel that will cause the team to spend on the IVF people, And the man who won’t of office to rent out somewhere in Leicestershire, who wanted offset that with all of his trees. 

I would like to use my time instead of being productive rather than just busy.

I’m running into a conversation but I think is causes me to realise we may not be compatible on this project. 

Hope you’re very happy for us to collaborators equal soul traders. So you work as a sole trader and I work as a soul trader. Ultimately, there’s a risk I’d disappoint you with your ambitions given our differences. And I don’t want to frustrate your allergies.

I think we also work very different times a day your notice that Dr Bigg’s hours on Google oh 500 to 1 pm. It’s an eight hour day. It just starts finishes about four hours earlier than anyone else.  Working collaboratively this time difference could work to our advantage of course. But again, I don’t want to be here at 5 am for a client that you’ve found and want me to work on which I would understand why you would be keen but I get up at 5 am on Sundays to do things like writing my LinkedIn articles, I’m doing all the research for that.

I continue to work separately as soul traders will also allow me to contribute equally to you. I put in a lot of time time I obviously provide my own equipment computer iPad software and my training. Professional indemnity is also a cost we will need to undertake and I can pay for that.

I want you to spend your money on you and your business and your enterprises and your energies and I will continue to spend my money on me and my enterprises and my energies not to mention of us about a type of money I put into me first. But I’m sure we can do each other some good. I’m going forward anything we generate together that means both of our criteria should absolutely be on an equal basis so the profit should be shared 50-50.

My criteria are

I work remind me from home oh 800 to 1600 Term time Monday to Friday 

(We’re not losing a lot in only working term times as companies often have trouble getting all the right people in the room at the same time in August And shut down for Christmas)

I will take reasonable time, so I care of my child And all of his medical requirements

I would do what is needed to ensure my own health and safety and medical care

All of these are manageable with a bookable appointment system showing available slots. Doesn’t have to be HubSpot. Can be the one my hairdresser uses.

When there’s a need for things like travel, I will consider them within the above criteria and taking reasonable travel in my normal working window that doesn’t compromise my child’s care or my own health.
